Dixie Gas and Oil Corporation Appoints Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager
VERONA, VA – February 2, 2017 – Dixie Gas and Oil Corporation, a leading provider of propane and petroleum products in Western and Central Virginia, today announced that Steven Craig has been appointed as the Company’s safety and regulatory compliance manager.

Steven’s background and experience prepare him well for this position and we are pleased to have him on the Dixie team.”
Mr. Craig attended James Madison University and Blue Ridge Community College and earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Management in 1995. Prior to joining Dixie, he held various positions with Food Lion, for nearly 22 years, including roles as a Store Manager and as a Regional Merchandising & Training Specialist covering Central Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley and parts of West Virginia. From 2013 to 2016 he was responsible for Operations and Fleet Management for the Waynesboro division of Blue Ridge Beverage.

Mr. Craig is a Shenandoah Valley native and grew up on Windy Cove Farm in Middlebrook, Virginia. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 17 years, Lisa, and sons Andrew and Daniel. He also enjoys spending time on the farm working with purebred Angus cattle, sports, and is an avid outdoorsman.
